RDA preparations?

I subscribe to the RDA-L listserv.  This week the following was posted:

“Some institutions (including the University of Chicago) will switch
all original cataloguing to RDA October 1st, and will continue RDA
cataloguing until the decision concerning implementation is made in
June (or so) 2011.”

My question? How many libraries out there are seriously gearing up for RDA cataloguing?  Are you waiting until June 2011, or are you getting ready now?

If you are preparing for the changeover, what preparations are you making?

For copy cataloguing, do you plan to accept RDA records as is, or edit back to AACR2 for consistency in your catalogue?
